Hubs and I ventured to a not-so-local kosher restaurant two Sundays ago to enjoy a taste of home (Russian food, that is). Our community is fantastic, but seriously lacking in kosher dining-out opportunities, so it was a special treat to be able to eat a meal not cooked by yours truly (or falafel). I took my summer staple sandals out for one last romp before retiring them for the season and letting some of my other options out to play. Fall is upon us, and my quest for the perfect cognac boots returns, now three years in the making. Will I find them? Stay tuned.

You look great! I too am still on the hunt for the perfect boot... Every fall this happens.
It's amazing how elusive the perfect boot can be; last season I finally found a flat black boot I liked and FINALLY this year I got my cognac boots!
