Ok, these pants may just be the most comfortable item of clothing to ever grace my wardrobe. I'm wearing them again today. Don't judge.

Since harem trousers have the tendency of adding bulk where none exists in reality, I decided to pair them with heels for added length. I was happy to get some use of of these sandals, purchased sometime in the summer but worn infrequently, as summer is high walking tour season for me at work. They happen to be pretty comfortable between teh thick heel (my fave) and the padded footbed, so I only swapped out to my flats for my commute.
Lest you think I've been wearing my 3 new pairs of pants every.single.day, I think I may take a break from studying for my GRE retake tonight and take some shots of my holiday wear. I've been meaning to show off some of my favorite fall fancy hats, so this seems like the perfect study break (well, not exactly. That would involve copious amounts of Rainbow Sherbert.)

Fantastic outfit - shoes, jacket, pants (!), and the flowered tee = two thumbs way, way up.
There's something charmingly 1930s about this combination - the drapey pants, tailored jacket, and slouchy hat. You do early 20th century looks so well.
And ooh, fancy fall hats! I can't wait!

I need to take the GRE at some point but I keep putting it off....I guess I want to truly forget all of the math I ever knew just to make it even harder!
