Stripes, butterflies, velvet and a fuchsia hat? I'd call today's look uber-eclectic. This is what happens when you change your mind right before running out of your apartment!
Today I am wearing:
-yellow and green striped shirt, C & C California
-butterfly sweater, Old Navy
-grey velvet skirt, Elevenses (Anthropologie)
-grey sweater tights, Anne Klein
-blue/grey boots, vintage
-stamp pin (actually a pendant that I attached with a safety pin), flea market find
-fuschia hat, H&M
As I stood inside my closet looking for something that didn't bore me to tears, I noticed that the green and yellow of the tee were reflected in the sweater. I love new combinations, and this one is seemed cheery on a cold day like today. I was already wearing the skirt from my previous outfit, and I just kept it on. I'm not so jazzed on how the top and bottom halves gel, and will definitely try other options if I choose to use this pairing again.

I love the colors you've got going on here!
Fabulous boots....I'm still waiting to see if the shoe ER was able to fix my gray boots. I'd be sad if they didn't make it.
Oooh! I really really like the mix! The gray and the yellow and the magenta with the white... totally fresh and smart! LOVE IT!
